About Us
Built On Standards
Velor Vehicle Rentals exists because hiring an exceptional car should feel exceptional from the first phone call to the moment we collect the keys.
Our Story
A Different Kind Of Rental Company
Velor was founded on a simple frustration: the vehicles at the top end of the market were being rented out with service from the bottom end of it. Long queues, hidden charges, cars handed over unwashed, and nobody answering the phone when something went wrong.
We started with a small fleet, a strict preparation checklist and one rule — every customer deals with a person, not a portal. That approach hasn't changed as the fleet has grown.
Today Velor supplies prestige vehicles for weddings, business travel, milestone birthdays, photoshoots, film work and clients who simply want something better for the weekend. We deliver and collect anywhere in mainland UK — home, hotel, office or airport terminal. Every vehicle can also be booked with a professional chauffeur, and female chauffeurs are available on request.
Our Promise
Every vehicle leaves us valeted, fuelled, safety-checked and photographed. Every quote is fixed. Every rental has a named contact.
Our Standard
Vehicles are serviced to manufacturer schedule, MOT-current and rotated out of the fleet before they stop feeling new.
What We Stand For
Our Values
Honesty In Pricing
No admin fees invented at handover, no fuel charges you didn't agree to, no excess you weren't told about. What's on the quote is what you pay.
Respect For Time
We deliver when we say we will. If we're going to be late, you'll hear it from us before you have to ask.
Care For The Fleet
We look after these cars properly so that the person who hires next week gets the same experience you did.
