1. Request

Tell us the car, your dates and a few details about the driver. It takes two minutes.

2. Secure it

Pay the £200 booking deposit. Your card is authorised, not charged — nothing leaves your account until we confirm.

3. Confirmed

We run the DVLA check and confirm by email with your full quote. If we can’t take the booking, the authorisation is released in full.

Nothing charged yet

Your card is authorised for £200. We only take it once we confirm the booking. If we can’t, the hold is released.

Bring your documents

Photocard licence, a DVLA check code, proof of address and a second photo ID at handover. No documents, no keys.

Security deposit

Separate from the booking deposit and taken at handover. The amount depends on the vehicle — we’ll tell you in your quote.
